What We Do
Schematic Design - ComSketch reviews architectural conceptual plans and meets with the owner and design team to consider the owner's requirements and define the key project design criteria to be used by ComSketch and the design team.
Design Development - During this phase ComSkech can develop preliminary infrastructure designs and drawings (in either Autodesk AutoCAD or BIM in Revit) for each voice/data, AV, CATV/MATV and security-related system for the entire facility.
Construction Documents - ComSketch will prepare final design layouts within drawings for the facility. ComSketch can also prepare specifications for installation standards for the systems to be installed.
Bid and Negotiation - ComSketch can assist you during this phase, including responding to RFI's.
Construction Administration and Construction Site Visits - ComSketch can help you to know what progress is being made during this phase and point out areas of concern.
