Schematic Design - During this phase ComSketch will review the architectural conceptual plans and will meet with the Owner and Design Team to consider the Owner's requirements and define the key design criteria to be used by ComSketch and the Design Team.
Design Development - During this phase ComSkech will develop preliminary infrastructure designs and AutoCADD drawings for each voice/data, AV, CATV/MATV and security-related systems for the entire facility.
Construction Documents - ComSketch will prepare final design layouts within AutoCADD drawings for the facility. We can also prepare specifications for installation standards for the systems to be installed.
Bid and Negotiation - ComSketch can assist you during this phase, including responding to RFI's.
Construction Administration and Construction Site Visits - ComSketch will help you to know what progress is being made during this phase.
